Come for the class, stay for the recovery. We are the only reformer studio in Gaston County attached to a spa — locally owned, not a chain, with instructors who learn your name.
Wellness Experience Pilates sits at 405 N Central Ave, Belmont, NC 28012, in the heart of William Henry the Spa. Lindsay and Kenny Holvig started WE after moving from New York to Cramerton and noticing the obvious: this area desperately needed a Pilates studio.
What you get is an hour that feels like care rather than punishment. Small classes. Multiple formats. Published prices. And if you want a facial after footwork, the door is right there.

Lindsay brings heart and hospitality to her role as Pilates Coordinator and co-owner of Wellness Experience. With over a decade as a hairstylist, she knows how to make others feel good. Pilates changed her life after her children, and now she wants to share that with you.

Kenny has over 15 years in fitness and loves helping clients build strength and mobility. After practicing Pilates since 2016, he aims to make everyone feel strong and balanced. Originally from New York, he and Lindsay moved to Cramerton and built the studio Belmont did not have.
Questions people actually ask
No. Most of our new clients have never stood on a reformer. Signature and Refined Reformer are built for first-timers. Instructors scale every exercise, and we walk you through the machine ten minutes before class so you are not learning in front of a full room.
The fear we hear most is looking foolish or being the least fit person in the room. Small classes and live coaching are how we take that apart. You will not be filmed. You will not be left on the hardest spring.
New clients start with WE Start Here: 3 classes for $49, valid 30 days. After that, a drop-in is $29, a five-pack is $139, and memberships run $99–$299 a month. Private sessions start at $79. Our prices are on this website because you deserve to know before you walk in.
Five of the six studios in our trade area hide their prices behind a phone call. We do not. Memberships are Once is Chic ($99, 1×/week), The Duo Edit ($179, 2×/week), Triple Luxe ($249, 3×/week), and The All-In Edit ($299, unlimited, one class per day). Cancel 14 days before the next billing date.

Yes. We are the only Pilates studio in Gaston County attached to a spa. Reformer class, then a facial, sauna, or the tranquility room — same building, same parking space. That is the difference nobody else in this market can copy.
