Privacy policy

What we collect

If you use the contact form we receive your name, email, phone if you give it, how you heard about us, and your message. If you book a class, buy an intro offer, or purchase a gift card, that happens on Zipper — their systems hold payment and membership data, not this website.

If analytics or advertising pixels are installed, they may collect pages you visit, approximate location, device type, and events such as a tap-to-call or a click to book. Those tools are Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel when they are turned on.

How we use it

Studio contact: to answer you, hold a spot, or follow up on an intro. Booking data: to run classes, memberships, and the studio. Analytics: to see which pages help first-timers and which ads waste money. We do not sell your information.

Who else sees it

Zipper processes bookings, packs, and gift cards. Google and Meta process analytics and ads if those IDs are configured. Email delivery (when connected) may use Resend or a webhook the studio controls. The spa next door, William Henry, is a separate business; we only share what you ask us to share (for example a class-plus-facial request).

Cookies

The site itself does not require an account cookie. Third-party scripts (maps, booking embed, analytics, ads) may set their own cookies. You can block them in the browser. The site still works for reading and calling us.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are kept long enough to reply and then as needed for studio records. Booking history lives in Zipper under that platform’s terms. Analytics data follows each vendor’s retention settings.

Your choices

Email or call us to ask what we have, correct it, or ask us to delete a website lead. For class and membership records, ask the front desk — those live in Zipper. California and other state privacy laws may give additional rights; write us and we will handle the request in good faith.

Children

This site is for adults considering classes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We will change this page when the site, booking, or tracking changes. Last updated August 24, 2026.
