Do I need experience to take a reformer class in Belmont?
No. Most of our new clients have never stood on a reformer. Classic and Express are built for first-timers. Instructors scale every exercise, and we walk you through the machine ten minutes before class so you are not learning in front of a full room.
The fear we hear most is looking foolish or being the least fit person in the room. Small classes and live coaching are how we take that apart. You will not be filmed. You will not be left on the hardest spring.

Where is the studio, and is there parking?
We are at 405 N Central Ave, Belmont, NC 28012, inside William Henry the Spa in downtown Belmont. Free parking is available at the building. It is about 6 minutes from Cramerton, 9 from Mount Holly, and 14 from Steele Creek.
Look for William Henry the Spa β the Pilates studio is part of the same address. Come ten minutes early on your first visit so we can show you the room, the springs, and the showers.
Can I take a class and then get a facial?
Yes. We are the only Pilates studio in Gaston County attached to a spa. Reformer class, then a facial, sauna, or the tranquility room β same building, same parking space. That is the difference nobody else in this market can copy.
William Henry the Spa sits on the other side of the door. Book the movement with us and the recovery with them. Ask the desk if you want help pairing a class with a treatment.
Which class should I start with?
Take the Find Your Class quiz on the Classes page β four questions, one recommendation. Or start with Classic Reformer or Express. Classic is the 50-minute foundation. Express is 30 minutes if your week is tight.
