Jane Smith

Head coach

Jane has 12 years of experience as a running coach! She's coached all ages & skill levels from beginner to professional. She prides herself on keeping a balance between an athlete's personal life and training and will help her clients achieve their goals on their own schedule. Jane is a runner herself with over 15 marathons and 25 half marathons to her name! She's been running since age 12 when she started competitive cross country and has had some wonderful coaches over the years, who have influenced her passion for helping others. During her collegiate years, Jane competed in shorter-distance events as well. Please don't hesitate to reach out to Jane to learn more about her offerings for both in-person and virtual coaching.
