New to the reformer? WE Start Here — 3 classes for $49
Evening light on reformers in downtown Belmont, where most members train two or three times a week.

How often should you do reformer Pilates?

Twice a week changes how you feel. Three times changes how you stand. Once a week is still better than a neglected New Year's plan.

How many Pilates classes a week is enough?

Two to three. That is the range we suggest for strength, posture, and the feeling that the work is sticking. Our Duo Edit membership is $179 a month for 2×/week. Triple Luxe is $249 for 3×/week. Unlimited is $299 with a one-class-per-day cap.

The industry secret is not a perfect program. It is getting to visit five. Retention holds above 90% once someone has been here five times. That is why the intro is three classes, not one, and why we would rather you come back Thursday than crush yourself on Monday.

What if I can only come on Saturdays?

Come on Saturdays. Our Saturday window is 7–10 a.m. One honest class a week still builds familiarity with the machine. Add a weekday class when life allows. We will not shame a real schedule.

If weekend demand in Belmont keeps filling, we will test more hours. Tell us if Saturday 10:30 or Sunday morning would actually get you here. That is how a locally owned studio sets a clock — by listening.
