Lindsay Holvig
Owner | Coordinator
Lindsay brings heart, hospitality, and a deep passion for people to her role as Pilates Coordinator and co-owner of Wellness Experience, in collaboration with the owners at William Henry Spa. After over a decade as a hairstylist, she’s no stranger to making others feel their best — and now brings that same care to the Pilates world. Though new to the fitness industry, Lindsay’s journey is personal: Pilates transformed her body and confidence after having her children, and she’s been in love with it ever since. Married to a personal trainer and driven by a passion for wellness, she’s excited to help build a supportive, welcoming space where clients and instructors alike can grow, move, and thrive.

Mary Susan Hearsey
Certified Pilates Instructor
Mary Susan began her Pilates journey three years ago and quickly fell in love with the practice. Now fully certified in classical Pilates and currently training in higher levels, she brings fresh energy and heartfelt passion to every session. A devoted mom of two and travel lover, Mary Susan is all about helping others feel strong, healthy, and empowered — both on and off the mat.

Emily Gray
Certified Pilates Instructor
Emily is a certified Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and dynamic group fitness coach with a passion for helping others move with strength and joy. She teaches everything from sculpt Pilates to cycling, bringing energy, variety, and a love for functional movement to every class. Upbeat and approachable, Emily blends strength, mobility, and rhythm to leave clients feeling stronger and more confident. When she’s not teaching, this mom of three is likely baking, organizing, or curating the ultimate millennial playlist.

Michelle Van Horn
Certified Pilates & Yoga Instructor
Michelle is a certified FitCore Reformer Pilates instructor with a deep foundation in yoga and yoga sculpt. As a mother of two, she understands how essential mindful movement is through every phase of life — especially for women. Her classes blend reformer Pilates with strength training, all set to fun, energizing playlists. An early riser and positive force, Michelle helps clients start their day feeling strong and centered.

Christina is a certified FitCore Pilates instructor dedicated to creating a welcoming and motivating space for each client. With her outgoing personality and supportive teaching style, she inspires others to build strength, confidence and balance both on and off the reformer!

Certified Pilates Instructor
Phylecia is a Navy veteran, finance professional, and wellness enthusiast who fell in love with Pilates for its ability to strengthen both body and mind. She brings discipline, motivation, and a supportive teaching style to every class, helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and deeply connected to their bodies.

Jasmine Rucker
Certified Pilates Instructor
Jasmine Rucker discovered Pilates as a source of healing after the loss of her mother — and it quickly became both her passion and purpose. She believes movement is more than physical strength; it’s a powerful path to resilience, renewal, and inner peace. Jasmine is a certified IM=X Pilates instructor with training in Mat, Tower/Barre, and Advanced Reformer. Her teaching style is precise yet deeply supportive, blending breath-work and mindful movement to create a safe, empowering space. With a focus on pre/postnatal care, Jasmine is committed to helping every client feel seen, supported, and strong from the inside out.

Juliana Zimmerman

With a background in dance and over 13 years as a NASM-certified personal trainer, Julianna is a certified FitCore instructor who brings unmatched versatility to the studio. She’s taught everything from Pilates and barre to bootcamp and functional fitness, always with a focus on improving quality of life through movement.

Kenny Holvig
Owner | Certified Pilates Instructor
Kenny brings over 15 years of fitness experience to the studio as a seasoned personal trainer and stretch specialist. A lifelong athlete with a passion for golf, he loves helping clients build the strength and mobility needed for a powerful, healthy swing. Practicing Pilates since 2016 and recently FitCore certified, Kenny blends athletic conditioning with mindful movement. His classes focus on deep stretching, rotational strength, and functional mobility to help clients feel strong, balanced, and at their best.
