Lindsay brings heart and hospitality to her role as Pilates Coordinator and co-owner of Wellness Experience. With over a decade as a hairstylist, she knows how to make others feel good. Pilates changed her life after her children, and now she wants to share that with you!

Mary Susan Hearsey
Certified Pilates Instructor
Mary Susan fell in love with Pilates three years ago. Now a certified instructor, she brings energy and passion to her classes. As a mom of two and travel lover, she focuses on helping others feel strong and empowered!

Emily Gray
Certified Pilates Instructor
Emily is a certified Pilates instructor who loves helping others move with joy. She teaches many classes and aims to make everyone feel stronger and confident. Outside of teaching, she enjoys baking and organizing events!

Michelle blends Pilates and yoga in her classes. As a mother of two, she knows the importance of mindful movement throughout life. With fun music, she helps clients start their day feeling strong.

With a dance background and over 13 years in fitness, Juliana is experienced in teaching many styles. She focuses on improving quality of life through movement.

Certified Pilates Instructor
Jeannie is a certified Fitcore Pilates instructor with over 18 years of personal practice and a background in teaching. She brings genuine energy and confidence to every class, creating sessions that are thoughtfully designed, challenging, and engaging. Her goal is for every client to feel supported, strong, and accomplished when they leave the studio.

Kenny Holvig

Kenny has over 15 years in fitness and loves helping clients build strength and mobility. After practicing Pilates since 2016, he aims to make everyone feel strong and balanced.

Renee Taylor
Renee is a native North Carolinian who recently relocated to Belmont. She is a fully trained STOTT Pilates instructor with additional certifications in yoga, TRX, pre- and post-natal fitness, and working with injuries and special populations. With over 20 years of experience, Renee is passionate about helping clients move better, feel stronger, and achieve their individual wellness goals. She brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to every session and is thrilled to be part of the WE team.
